Job Summary and Responsibilities

Demonstrated mastery of all Tech I Accountabilities / Responsibilities and have complete a minimum of 1 yearservice in the Tech 1 position

Perform in-vitro / in-vivo studies as outlined in the nuclear medicine procedure manuals. Make determinations ofthe validity of the data collected before submission for interpretation

Mentor new employees and students on the proper use of the camera / computer systems, study procedures

Assists with the formal clinical / technical education process of the department by preparing and presenting 2 staffin-services per year on a topical subject

Independently perform all Functions regarding the safe and compliant operation of the radiopharmacy and allassociated documentation. Educate and mentor qualified staff on proper radio, pharmacy procedures
