PRN Nursing Positions- LPN / RN for Homecare

• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as instructed by physician / s.
• Provide direct patient care.
• Coordinate with patients and families to meet nursing needs.
• Provide health care as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.
• Prepare clinical notes and update physicians as necessary.
• Communicate with the Nursing Manager regarding patient needs and any changes in patient condition.
