Recruiter – 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert)
A construction company is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business units. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and partners closely with hiring leaders.
Role Overview
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience. You'll join a collaborative TA team that values professionalism, curiosity, accountability, and high performance.
Location & Compensation
- Hybrid : 4 days onsite in Boston, Fridays remote
- (Some flexibility during contract; onsite required if converted)
- Pay : $55–$65 / hr
- Conversion : $115,000–$140,000
- Background check required (can start pending)
