We are looking for a forward-thinking, proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will plan out complex marketing calendars, write engaging outreach emails, coordinate social activities company-wide, manage an advanced funnel of leads, and test and measure new outreach and marketing strategies.

The Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities Include :

• Handles day-to-day marketing automation tasks
• Executes marketing campaigns
• Manages marketing databases and basic reporting
• Supports email marketing campaigns and lead routing
• Writes engaging outreach emails that resonate with our target professional audiences
• Manages an advanced funnel of leads, ensuring regular communication
• Tests and measures new outreach and marketing strategies for list-building and conversion
• Works closely with company leadership to develop and execute growth strategies
• Uses data to inform growth decisions, continually optimizing for success
