We're growing and looking for a Podcast Relations Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be involved in every stage of the podcast booking process : from onboarding clients to pitching, booking, and coordinating podcast interviews.

What You'll Do :

• Research, vet, and pitch podcasts that align with client goals
• Book and schedule podcast interviews
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, podcast hosts, and internal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and support their goals throughout each campaign
• Coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless booking experience
• Act as the liaison between podcast guests and hosts
