Ops Senior Clerk - 64858271

This position will be responsible for scheduling appointments, updating demographic information (address, phone, insurance), determining eligibility for the sliding fee discount program, check-out, and cashiering. Employee will be expected to report to work in a timely manner and begin work at the appointed time. The employee will have a positive attitude and display excellent customer service skills in all interactions with internal or external customers.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, proficiency in data entry, basic knowledge and application of office machines and equipment, ability to adapt to new tasks and / or situations, ability to manage a variety of responsibilities in a timely, efficient manner, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, obtaining Incident Command System (ICS-100) certification within 60 days and National Incident Management System (IS-700) certification within 90 days of employment, and completing the Family Planning Title X mandatory trainings within 30 days of employment. Preferred experience includes working in a clinical setting, verifying insurance coverages, and bilingualism.
