Job description

Apply now : Cloud Solutions Architect / Sr. Cloud Engineer, location is Hybrid (Fort Washington, PA). The start date is ASAP for this 6 12 month C2H position.

Job Title : Cloud Solutions Architect / Sr Cloud Engineer

Location-Type : Hybrid (3 days onsite in Fort Washington, PA)

Start Date Is : ASAP

Duration : 6 12 months Contract to Hire

Compensation Range : $75-85 / hr on W2 ONLY! (no c2c or sponsorship)

Job Description :

Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud infrastructure in a hybrid IT environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Design and build Azure-based cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Migrate legacy systems to Azure cloud
  • Act as technical lead for network and security architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategy
  • Develop clear documentation and present to stakeholders
  • Support hybrid cloud integration and modernization efforts

Requirements :

  • Must-Haves :
  • 5 years of cloud architecture / engineering experience
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure
  • Strong background in network and security design
  • Hands-on skills with Azure implementation (70% engineering, 30% architecture)
  • Experience with legacy data center and subscription migrations
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Nice-to-Haves :
  • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification
  • Experience with containerization, serverless architecture, and hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
  • Knowledge of enterprise cloud cost optimization
