Job Summary :
Administrative support specialist helps executives, managers, and other employees perform their daily tasks and clerical responsibilities. Provides a diverse range of office support with a significant portion of the work involving data entry, composing and preparing materials, handling communications and assisting with accounting operations.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Providing backup support to other departments and teams when necessaryPerforms routine accounting functions to support accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. Tasks include : invoice scanning, respond to AP inquiries, daily deposits and some reconciliation.Acts as a point person for corporate accounting office and internal parties.Acts as a liaison of communication between internal and external partiesCommunicating general information to appropriate partiesDistributing important materials to relevant partiesScheduling and canceling meetings and appointmentsMaintaining office activity logs, files and documentsPerforming routine data entry workPreparing materials, documents, reports and correspondenceAnswering emails in a professional and timely mannerUsing computers to create presentations, transcribe meeting minutes and conduct researchAnticipating the needs of executive and managerial staffProvides support for meetings including preparing agendas, reserving rooms, sending appointments, coordinating catering, and recording and distributing minutes. Sets up and trouble shoots phone, video, and web conferencingInvestigates assigned topics including research, data, and information requirements as well as analysis techniques and reports information as appropriateFollows all rules and regulations for PHI and HIPAA protections of patient informationFollows all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, attendance, timeliness, and safeguarding confidential informationPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Skills / Abilities :

Stated Salary is full salary range. Hiring salary cap is limited to mid-point of $28.06.
