We are looking for a highly skilled Sr Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will handle complex payroll tasks while contributing to special projects and initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll analysis, multi-state payroll processing, and system proficiency, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy. This is a 4+ month contract position. 100% ONSITE 5 days a week in Dallas, TX 75240.
Sr Payroll Analyst (contract position) :
Must have Oracle Cloude experience and have a bachelor's degree
Responsibilities :
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage payroll processing for multi-state operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate on special payroll-related projects and initiatives to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS to manage payroll tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
- Communicate effectively with various levels of management to provide insights and updates on payroll processes.
- Oversee payroll operations for organizations with over 500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Implement and manage ADP Workforce Now systems to streamline payroll activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws in all payroll procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Develop and maintain detailed payroll documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll analysis and processing.
- Proven ability to work with Oracle Fusion HCM is required.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle payroll and multi-state payroll regulations.
- Experience handling payroll for organizations with over 500 employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with management and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with payroll compliance and labor laws.
