Order Entry Billing Clerk
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Internet Service Provider industry, located in Denver, Colorado.
As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary function will be processing and entering data from various sources into our billing systems.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process and enter data from sales contracts into our billing systems.
- Handle high volume data entry tasks efficiently.
- Match information from PDFs with relevant data and input into the billing system.
- Generate and process some manual invoices as required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional duties related to data entry and billing as assigned.
- Utilize your skills in data entry and familiarity with PDF and Billing systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure all customer details are accurately captured and updated in the system.
- Resolve any discrepancies in the data entry process promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is processed and entered within stipulated timelines.
