Results together with Ascension Sain Thomas, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Smyrna Stonecrest team!

Ideally located in the Physician's Plaza of Smyrna at the corner of Cedar Grove and President's Place, we are just across from Stonecrest Hospital. Our current  Smyrna Stonecrest team includes 3 PTs and 1 PTA, and we are looking for an adaptable team player to join us as we continue to provide access to quality care in the Smyrna community!

Clinic hours :

Mon & Thurs : 8am-7pm

Tues & Wed : 7am-7pm

Friday : 7am-4pm
