Production Operations Hardware Coordinator
You will be the Production Operations Hardware Coordinator for the Precision Fires team. Our team is responsible for driving hardware logistics that enable the rapid and reliable delivery of missile components across multiple Lockheed Martin facilities. As the Production Operations Hardware Coordinator you will be responsible for orchestrating hardware flow from work unit to work unit, removing roadblocks, and ensuring on-time delivery to support the PrSM production ramp. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Coordinate hardware requirements across multiple sites and resolve supply-chain impediments.
- Lead hardware-need discussions, set priorities, and track progress with site teams.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing data to improve performance predictability.
- Drive safe and efficient completion of hardware tasks for the PrSM program.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align production schedules.

This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications :
A broad base of knowledge regarding mechanical production, machining, and assembly operations with general manufacturing processesBachelor's degree in STEM or program management field, or equivalent years of professional experienceCAM or similar experience2+ years in a manufacturing environmentCross functional communication and the ability to gain willing buy in from functions that do not report thru youDemonstrated skills in team building and leading through influenceMust have the ability to obtain a secret clearance, a clearance will eventually be required in this roleDesired Skills :
