PremierPool Management, Inc. isseeking a Lifeguard Instructor / Safety Lead to help educate our team of lifeguards. This is a crucial position for the continued growth and development of our team as well as to make sure our lifeguards are trained to handle all situations that may arise.

Primary Function / Essential Functions :

• Provide in-service training to on duty lifeguards (both dry land and in water review) in accordance with American Red Cross and company standards.
• Able to demonstrate / evaluate and give feedback to all lifeguards.
• Track lifeguard performance and provide reports to PPM management.

Requirements :

Access to a company car to travel to and from our client locations.
