As a Mobile Associate, you’ll play a vital part in our daily operations by traveling to various client locations to provide on-the-spot coverage. Your adaptability, quick learning, and strong interpersonal skills will ensure that each location receives consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Shift Coverage – 20%

• Travel to company / client sites to cover staff absences, shortages, or project-based needs.
• Coordinate logistics with the workforce management team to ensure seamless transitions.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety protocols at each location.

On-Site Support – 15%

Customer Service – 10%

Skill Adaptation – 10%

Communication – 10%

Problem Solving – 10%

Training – 5%
