A company is looking for an Employee Benefit Select Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and retain a book of assigned small employee benefits accounts, serving as the primary contact for clients
Provide proactive support and insurance technical expertise to clients, including compliance education
Coordinate client communications and manage the renewal and marketing processes for benefit products
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the employee benefits industry or related marketplace
Preferred college degree
Must hold a life and disability insurance license
Experience with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction
