Shift Details : Full Time 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7am

Sign-On Bonus : $2000

Your Impact as an LPN :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your role is essential in promoting the health and comfort of our residents. You will deliver compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that care plans are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and relevant medical information.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in the care delivery process.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulatory standards and protocols.
