We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team, focusing on residential and commercial painting projects for both new constructions and existing buildings. The position involves applying paint coatings to interior and exterior surfaces within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

Responsibilities :

• Perform painting functions for residential and commercial clients.
• Apply paint coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray guns, specifically HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure smooth finishes.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints or specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper use of protective gear.
• Coordinate with clients and other contractors effectively.
• Solve problems and adapt to unexpected challenges on the job.

Work Environment :

Contractors will report to jobsites within a team, with team sizes varying based on project requirements. The dress code is casual, with jeans, t-shirts, or painter whites. Core hours are from 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM, with the possibility of extended hours depending on project needs.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
