Job Overview : Rafael Lumber & Building Supply is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Representative - Doors and Windows to join our Sales & Client Relations team. If you have experience helping contractors and homeowners choose the right door and window solutions-and love working in a fast-paced retail and contractor sales environment-this is your chance to thrive in a key role at Marin County's most complete building supply company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in selecting the right doors and windows for their specific job applications.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, estimates, and special orders.
• Process door and window sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the receiving department to ensure proper fulfillment and pickup of orders.
• Handle order discrepancies, resolve issues, and facilitate returns when needed.
• Maintain customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
• Meet with vendor reps to stay current on product offerings and solutions.
• Organize, label, and maintain the door / window warehouse area.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
• Perform filing, inventory tracking, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
