Job Description

Our client, a growing and locally headquartered Civil Engineering firm, is seeking a Civil Site Project Manager to join our Civil Site Division. This position requires competent skills to complete due diligence reports, prepare & direct plan production of schematic and construction plans, design of storm water drainage systems and utility calculations for land development projects. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, have a positive attitude and have experience compiling construction documents and drainage reports.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements :

BS or MS in the field of Civil Engineering (or other related field)
Licensed Professional Engineer
Hydraulics / stormwater design experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Proficiency with basic AutoCAD design and drafting

A working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong understanding of the fundamentals of Civil Site development design

Review and development of storm water quality and quantity design calculations, and storm technical information reports

Utility design (i.e. potable water, gravity sewer and pressure sanitary sewer systems, etc.)

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

A team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment

Understanding of grading and earthwork calculations

Understanding of construction and bid documents including project specifications

HEC-RAS Modeling
