We are growing our Indianapolis office and this role provides an opportunity to build an engineering team with opportunities for business development in the Indy market.

In this role, you will not only provide technical leadership to project teams who will be working on planning, evaluation, design and implementation of civil engineering projects, but also lead the study-phase and / or design-phase of projects related to the civil, environmental, construction and industrial fields.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Projects :

• Plan projects based on the analysis of relevant materials such as drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, survey reports, maps, and other geologic and topography data.
• Monitor project progress and ensures design specifications and standards are met.
• Assign projects and oversee those assigned for accuracy of work, timeliness of completion, and accurate and timely time entry.
• Write proposals for advanced level projects.
• Positively impact financial metrics of projects.
