Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil site design projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Guide and mentor project teams with a focus on creativity and excellence.
- Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and perform quality reviews.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to meet project requirements.
- Prepare and review design documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to business development by building and strengthening client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver multidisciplinary projects.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Minimum of 8 years experience in civil site design and project management.Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Benefits
