Job Description
• Working to improve, enrich and respect the lives of individuals with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities
• Documenting in compliance with the agency's policy and procedures
• Supervising individuals with their Activities of Daily Life
• Administering daily medications
• Assisting with day-by-day operations of the residence in accordance with regulatory requirements, agency policy, and quality program standards.
• Assisting individuals in the development of appropriate behavioral, social, money management, housekeeping, hygiene, and other skills necessary to reach their highest level of potential
• Complying with agencies policy and procedures

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Healthcare - 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Certified Medication Aide (Preferred)
