Facilities Coordinator – Office Hero Wanted!

Are you the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, knows where the extra batteries are, and greets everyone with a smile? We’re looking for a rockstar Facilities Coordinator to help keep our Portland office in tip-top shape!

Duration : Temporary now through July 2026

What you'll do :

Keep the office stocked, safe, and organized

Welcome visitors and field calls like a pro

Help plan meetings and fun office events

Support building security and space management

Tackle admin tasks, vendor coordination, and supplies

You’re perfect for this if you :

• Have 2+ years of reception / facilities experience
• Can juggle tasks without breaking a sweat
• Love being the behind-the-scenes MVP
• Know your way around Microsoft Office (and maybe even Oracle)

This role is in-office and perfect for someone who’s ready to grow their career in workplace operations. Bonus points if you’ve got first responder or safety chops!
