What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.Monitor access points and verify credentials of personnel and visitors entering restricted areas within the location.Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during incidents.Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter potential threats in an aerospace and defense environment.What We're Looking For :

At least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and / or military roles is required.Customer service experience is preferred.Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
