About The Position

Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop treatment goals and care plans.

Implement therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, and daily function.

Educate patients and families on exercises and adaptive techniques for home use.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and documentation.

Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients in its proper use.

Monitor and adjust treatment plans as patient progress is observed.

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure : Current and active state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).

Certification : NBCOT certification preferred.

Experience : Minimum of [1–2] years of clinical experience (new grads may be considered).

Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
