Job descriptionDeliver skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Assist patients with improving ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety. Carry out individualized treatment plans based on patient goals. Educate patients and caregivers to support carryover and long-term success. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and facility staff for holistic care. Track patient progress and report outcomes to supervising OT. Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Is passionate about patient-centered care. Enjoys hands-on treatment and functional rehabilitation. Values autonomy while being part of a supportive therapy team. Wants stability with growth potential in a respected rehab organization. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program. Active or license-eligible COTA license in Pennsylvania. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
