Position Summary

As a District Manager, you will oversee 812 store locations, serving as a key leader responsible for executing company initiatives, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. You'll ensure each location operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and upholds our customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff
• Drive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression
