Autism Child Behavior Support Therapist (RBT) Paid Training (Clinic Based)

We are on the lookout for both Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential, providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.

We provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for individuals interested in becoming an RBT. This includes paid training, allowing you to develop necessary skills to work directly with autistic children, shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 10 years).

Essential Job Requirements :

• Deliver personalized ABA therapy sessions tailored to children aged 18 months to 10 years, fostering communication, social, and self-help skills development.
• Make a meaningful impact by shaping the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder, helping them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and effective therapy implementation.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development and advancements in behavioral therapy.
• Document and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
