Accounts Receivable Analyst

Account Manager

Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. This candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on daily monitoring, cash flow optimization, and collections. This role aims to improve account status by resolving payment issues through proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage customer accounts by monitoring outstanding invoices, resolving payment issues, and negotiating terms.

Collaborate across departments to reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and improve billing accuracy.

Analyze aging reports, track collection efforts, and escalate unresolved accounts as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and support processing of refunds, write-offs, and offsets.

Respond to customer inquiries and contribute to account strategy development with leadership.

Skills and Requirements

Strong Excel experience using v-lookups and pivot tables

Advanced computer skills

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

1-3-year experience billing, commercial account receivable experience, or cash applications

Solid ability to interpret contracts and research, data to determine the root cause of issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual

Experience in freight transportation or logistics
