Hospital Employee, Traditional.  Telephone Consultation with 1 : 4 Call Ratio.  $550-600K Annual Salary.  WRVU production incentives.  Employer Loan Forgiveness available up to $20,000 / year .  Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 .   Residency / Fellowship Stipend possible.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME up to 1 week and $4,000 available.  Up to 5 weeks of PTO available.  Retirement plan with employer match.  EPIC in use for EMR.  8 weeks paid time off .  Shared call rotation with three other physicians.
