Key Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce as the primary data source, ensuring data quality and usability across teams
Design and optimize revenue processes, mapping the lead-to-renewal lifecycle for efficiency
Lead forecasting and analytics initiatives, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related roles within a SaaS organization
Strong expertise in Salesforce, including process automation and reporting
Deep understanding of sales processes and GTM strategy
Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable processes
