A growing 503B Outsourcing Facility in Delray Beach seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead sterile compounding operations, ensure full CGMP and USP compliance, and oversee regulatory and quality systems. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct influence on product selection, formulation, and compliance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, DSCSA, and State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
- Supervise aseptic compounding, labeling, product release, and documentation.
- Lead staff training, competency assessments, and performance reviews.
- Serve as liaison for inspections, audits, and regulatory correspondence.
- Oversee investigations, CAPAs, and QA / QC documentation accuracy.
Qualifications
Pharm.D. or BSPharm required.Active, unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License (multi-state preferred).Minimum 1 year in a 503B Outsourcing FacilityStrong knowledge of CGMP, USP, 21 CFR Parts 210 / 211, and DSCSA.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
