Our client, a well-established Private Equity firm is hiring for their People Operations team and looking for a talented HR Analyst to join them in San Francisco.

If you’re sharp with data, systems, and people—and thrive in a fast-paced PE or banking environment—this could be your next move. You’ll own the HRIS, back up payroll, and partner with HR and Finance to keep everything running seamlessly.

• 3+ years HR operations or analytics experience
• UKG or Workday exposure (major plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
