Job descriptionBSEE with 10+ years in power electronics design / applications. Proven success with Tier 1 customers and complex system troubleshooting. Proficient with bench tools (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, EMI test equipment). Skilled with simulation tools (Pspice, SIMetrix / Simplis, MATLAB, Excel, Mathcad). Join a global leader in advanced power electronics solutions as a Principal Applications Engineer. In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you'll partner with Tier 1 customers, influence next-generation product design, and ensure seamless integration from concept to mass production.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage key customers to secure design wins and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, application notes, and training for global Field Application Engineers.
- Research market needs and define requirements for new applications.
- Collaborate with Product Design Engineering on roadmap development.
- Conduct system-level testing and drive product improvements.
- Oversee creation of evaluation boards, models, and reference designs aligned with product launches.
