Job Description

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee machining and CNC operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and production.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring continuous improvement in engineering processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to enhance productivity.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for processes and procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
