Position Summary

Our Family Preservation Team has an immediate opening for a Family Worker (FW). The FW collaborates with families to build a partnership to ensure their needs are met. FW's strive to provide individualized, strengths-based, culturally sensitive, and goal-driven service. This position requires local travel and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule in a high-demand work situation.

Gathers and understands current and past psychosocial histories.

Plans and leads treatment team meetings for the purpose of creating treatment plans / ISP.

Delivers services outlined in treatment plan / ISP.

Consumer child, family, and their natural support system.

Qualifications

Working Conditions

Education

Bachelor's or better in Human Services or related field.

Experience

1 year : Experience working with children and / or families
