DescriptionThis is a combined posting for a Full time Physical Therapist and a Per diem / On-call Physical Therapist.The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families.

Physical Therapist (Per diem / On-call, Day shift)Required Qualifications : Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.

Upon hire : Texas Physical Therapist LicenseNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.Preferred Qualifications : Neonatal Therapist : Degree from accredited program.
