Job Summary

Catering by Design is seeking a dynamic, experienced Catering leadership professional to join their team! Working as the Director of Event Services , you ensure our high-end social and corporate catered events are exceptional, each and every time. You will lead the catering / events department (catering captains, culinarians, and part time / on call team members), overseeing all off-site catered events, managing client relationships, and ensuring that the food and service at the functions is of superior quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the following direct reports :

• Event Service Manager - (Responsible for recruiting / hiring / onboarding all onsite staff team members and scheduling of all onsite staff)
• Event Managers / Event Chefs-(Along with Event Service Manager-Responsible for recruiting / hiring / onboarding of event managers / event chefs)
