Responsibilities

• Provide reception services
• Assist internal clients, maintain the office, heavy meeting support, front office security, monitor security badges, and respond to tasks related to facility management and appearance
• Provide onboarding / offboarding support
• Assist the local Facilities Lead
• Help manage subtenant space and requests

Additional notes

Responsibilities may require physical activity, including some or all of the following : bending, stooping, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing stairs and / or ladders, sitting for long periods, and typing. Manual Handling / Safety training will be provided for these activities. A background check will be required.
