As a Senior Consultant in our Security Engineering Services (SES) team, you will lead and deliver cybersecurity services focused on vulnerability management, patch lifecycle oversight, and proactive risk mitigation. You'll work directly with healthcare organizations to strengthen their security posture and reduce exposure to threats, with a strong emphasis on cloud security and scalable solutions.
This role is primarily client-facing, with 80% of your time dedicated to delivering billable services. You'll also contribute to mentoring team members, refining service offerings, and supporting business development. Experience with breach and attack simulation (BAS) platforms or cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a strong plus. Prior experience in healthcare cybersecurity is highly valued. The billable hours target : 1664 hours annually (equivalent to 80% utilization).

The base salary range for this role is $______95,000_____ to $___145,000_____. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick time. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including applicable candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
