This position supports patients in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

With our continued growth in this region, we’re looking for nurses who have at least one year of Home Health experience to make an immediate impact.
