Job descriptionRecommend wine pairings Describe various wines and their features to patrons Serve wines at the correct temperature and with the proper glassware Manage wine and ensure bottles are properly stored Build relationships with patrons Adhere to health and safety regulations Previous experience as wine server is preferred Responsible beverage certification is required Extensive knowledge of wine, winemaking, and local vineyards is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work nights and weekends
