Job Summary :

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of our Carrollton branch. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead recruitment efforts, coach and manage a team of staffing professionals, and build strong relationships with local clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to meet and exceed performance goals
• Drive new business development and client retention strategies
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
• Serve as the face of Partners Personnel in the Carrollton community
