Responsibilities

• Assist clients with insurance questions and policy options, both by phone and in person
• Assist prospects and clients with new policies to reach individual and team goals
• Keep customer records accurate and organized
• Work with the sales team on setting appointments and conducting follow-ups
• Resolve customer concerns with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
• Make outbound sales calls to solicit new business
