Job description3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Gusto, or similar) Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Title : Part Time Payroll Specialist
Location : On Site in Parma, OH
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Salary : $56,160 - $64,480

Key Responsibilities :
- Process biweekly or semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy
- Review and verify timesheets, PTO, and other payroll inputs
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax forms
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related functions
