The Service Technician is responsible for keeping the appearance and operations of the property in excellent condition, both inside and out. Daily responsibilities include making ready units for new move-ins, performing work orders (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), appliance repairs, unit inspections, updating logs as needed, and exterior maintenance. This role will respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call) as well.

What You’ll Do…

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs.
• Repair showers, sinks, appliances, doors / cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Have working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems and keep logs updated.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours as directed by the Community Manager and / or Service Manager and report any emergency work orders in a timely manner.
• Complete grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping such as mulch and sprinkler head replacements when possible.
