We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our transportation team in Seattle, WA.
WHAT will I do?
As the Customer Service Representative I, you will respond to phone and online requests for transportation, schedule paid and volunteer drivers using transportation mapping and scheduling software, communicate using phones, radios and computers, answer customer questions and support an efficient and caring transportation service.

Our team helps aging adults get to and from errands, attend activities and medical appointments, and remain connected to their communities.
Pay Rate : $23.88 per hour.
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am- 4 : 30pm
