Sr. Technical Program Manager

Genesis10 is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for a 6 month contract position with our client located in Mountain View, CA. This is a hybrid position and requires being onsite Tuesday through Thursday. Summary : We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our team. Responsibilities : Ability to interact one-to-one with individual technical contributors, senior leaders, as well as coaching teams. Help operations teams go from fighting fires to avoiding them. You will not only help teams be more efficient, you will see the big picture and ensure processes scale appropriately with the company. Create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning. Manage and maintain project backlogs and ensure forward momentum with project execution. Leads effort to resolve project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths. Manage dependencies between multiple projects. Mentor individuals in best practices for planning and execution. Develop partnerships with technology and business leaders. Assess and mitigate risk exposure. Manage resource planning. Planning Collaborate with Data Infra TLs to develop a strategy including setting short and long term goals for Open house migration. Work with engineering teams to articulate requirements into execution goals, creating and maintaining roadmaps and dependencies through effective dashboard and source of truth artifacts. Execution Organize effort to bring cross-functional teams to deliver against milestones for Openhouse. Manage technical risks by understanding the high level architecture and constraints of each platform to make trade-off decisions and managing batching of migration jobs. Stakeholder Management Effectively communicate on progress, plans and risks to various stakeholders. Surface risks proactively and work with leadership to ensure they are mitigated on time. Serve as a resource for partner teams on understanding and implementing change requests. Basic Qualifications : B.S. / B.A. in a technical field, or equivalent experience 6+ years' of program management experience in an Operations or Technical space Cloud or infrastructure experience Effective Program management and communication skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
