A Payroll Specialist with a background in accounts payable is needed for a corporation based in Watsonville. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of payroll processing (about 75 employees), as well as performing accounts payable functions.

Responsibilities :

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform full cycle accounts payable functions.
• Assist with general human resource functions as needed, such as onboarding documents and answering employee inquiries.
