AR / Progress Billing Specialist (Construction Industry)

Responsibilities :

Manage accounts receivable processes

Prepare and submit progress billings (AIA)

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements :

High attention to detail

Proficiency in progress billing for a construction related role

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
